At a glance
The best breast surgery looks natural and suits your body. The goal is a proportionate result that feels soft, whether you want more volume, a lift, a reduction, or a revision of older implants.
Fuller
Breast augmentation adds volume and shape with saline or silicone implants, placed for a natural result.
Lifted
A breast lift raises and reshapes sagging breasts, restoring a more youthful position.
Lighter
Breast reduction removes excess tissue to relieve discomfort and reshape the breasts.
Fuller and lifted
A breast lift with implants combines added volume and a lift in a single procedure.
Refined
Nipple and areola surgery refines size, shape, or position; subfascial placement is also offered.
One surgeon, one plan
Dr. Sayed plans augmentation, lift, reduction, or revision around your anatomy and your goals.
Why Dr. Sayed
A good breast result is about proportion and balance, not just size. Dr. Sayed shapes implants, lifts, and reductions to your frame, so the result looks natural, feels soft, and matches your body.

Procedures
You do not need to know which procedure you want before you come in. Part of the consultation is matching your goals to the right breast procedure.
Each concern has its own procedure. Here is a quick map of what addresses what.
Many breast plans combine two procedures, like a lift with an implant, planned around your safety and a single recovery. Dr. Sayed maps the plan with you.
Start with the most-requested breast procedure, breast augmentation
Lift, implant, or both
If the breasts mainly lack volume, an implant adds it. If they mainly sag, a lift repositions them. Many women need both, and a breast lift with implants does both in one surgery.
Dr. Sayed recommends honestly. If a lift alone will meet your goal, he will not add an implant you do not need, and the reverse is just as true.
Knowing which you need, and when, is most of a good result, and it is what the consultation is for.

What to expect
Every patient is different, but the path from first visit to final result follows the same arc.
01
Dr. Sayed examines your breasts, listens to your goals, and maps which procedure fits, augmentation, lift, reduction, or a combination.
02
He plans incisions where they stay hidden, around the areola or in the breast crease, and chooses implant size and placement with you.
03
Most breast procedures are outpatient under general anesthesia, reshaping tissue, placing implants, or lifting and reducing as planned.
04
Incisions are closed in layers so scars stay fine and the breast shape holds.
05
You go home the same day in a supportive surgical bra, and Dr. Sayed follows you closely through healing.
06
Swelling eases over weeks and the final, settled shape shows over the following months.
All surgery carries risks: bleeding, infection, swelling, changes in nipple or skin sensation, scarring, asymmetry, and, with implants, capsular contracture or the need for future surgery.
Most are uncommon and temporary, and Dr. Sayed explains how technique and aftercare lower each one.
If you are planning a pregnancy, still losing weight, or your concern is mild, he may recommend waiting so the result lasts.
The goal is always the right procedure at the right time, not the most surgery.
Procedures
Explore each procedure, or start with a consultation and let Dr. Sayed recommend the approach that fits your goals.
Breast surgery spans augmentation, lifts, reduction, nipple surgery, and revision. These are the core procedures, each with its own page.
Start with breast augmentation
Adds volume and shape with saline or silicone implants.
Subfascial placement for a natural look and feel.
The most-requested breast procedure.
A lift raises sagging breasts; a reduction removes excess tissue.
A lift with implants does both in one surgery.
Reshaped for a lighter, lifted contour.
Nipple and areola refinement for size, shape, or position.
MTF breast augmentation for a feminine chest.
Implant removal and revision also offered.
Breast augmentation. Added volume with saline or silicone implants.
Breast lift (mastopexy). Raises and reshapes sagging breasts.
Breast lift with implants. Volume and a lift in one procedure.
Breast reduction. Smaller, lighter, reshaped breasts.
Nipple surgery and MTF breast augmentation. Nipple refinement and feminizing augmentation.

Cost
Compare quotes on what is included: the surgeon, anesthesia, the facility, implants, the surgical bra, and follow-up. A low quote that leaves out implants or anesthesia is not a real comparison.
Costs vary by procedure. As a rough guide in Southern California, breast augmentation often runs about $8,000 to $12,000, a breast lift about $9,000 to $15,000, and a breast reduction about $10,000 to $16,000. Your exact quote comes after a consultation.
Which procedure. Augmentation differs from a lift, a reduction, or a combined lift with implants.
Implants. Silicone and newer implant types cost more than saline.
Anesthesia and facility. Longer or combined surgery means more operating-room time.
Surgeon experience. A double board-certified surgeon is priced accordingly, and it shows in the result.
Financing. Monthly payment plans through third-party lenders spread the cost.

Recovery
Recovery depends on the procedure, but most breast surgery follows a similar arc: up and walking the same day, back to desk work within a week, and easing into full activity over about six weeks.
Surgery day
Outpatient, home the same day in a supportive surgical bra, with manageable soreness controlled by medication.
First week
Rest and gentle walking. Desk work resumes within a week for most; keep the surgical bra on as directed.
Weeks 2 to 3
Most are back to normal daily activity, still wearing the surgical bra and avoiding heavy lifting.
Weeks 4 to 6
Light workouts resume, then full training and chest exercise once Dr. Sayed clears you.
Months 2 to 6
Swelling fully resolves, implants settle, and the final shape shows.
Surgical bra. Wear it as directed to support the new shape and control swelling.
Scars. Placed around the areola or in the breast crease, they fade over about a year.
Walking. Early, gentle walking lowers clot risk and helps healing.
Activity. Avoid heavy lifting and chest exercise until cleared, usually around six weeks.
Rest. Sleep on your back early on to protect the result.
Final result. Implants settle and the shape softens over several months.

Questions
The core range: breast augmentation, subfascial augmentation, breast lift, breast lift with implants, breast reduction, nipple surgery, and MTF breast augmentation, plus implant removal and revision.
It depends on volume and position. Lost volume suits an implant; sagging suits a lift; many women benefit from both, which a breast lift with implants does in one surgery.
Yes, and many do. A lift pairs with implants; a reduction includes reshaping. Dr. Sayed plans combinations around your safety and one recovery.
That is the priority. Dr. Sayed sizes and shapes to your frame, so the result looks balanced, feels soft, and suits your body.
Most patients are back to desk work within a week and easing into full activity by about six weeks, with implants settling over a few months.
Incisions are placed discreetly, around the areola or in the breast crease, and fade over about a year.
Healthy adults at a stable weight with realistic goals are usually candidates. A consultation confirms the plan.
It depends on the procedure. As a rough Southern California guide, augmentation runs about $8,000 to $12,000, a lift about $9,000 to $15,000, and a reduction about $10,000 to $16,000.
Both are safe and FDA-approved. Silicone feels more like natural tissue; saline is adjustable and priced lower. Dr. Sayed reviews the trade-offs at your consultation.
Many women can, especially after augmentation. A lift or reduction can affect breastfeeding; Dr. Sayed discusses this if it matters to you.
Yes. Dr. Sayed performs implant exchange, revision, and removal, including en bloc explant, in our breast implant removal practice.
A lift and reduction are long-lasting, though breasts still age; implants are durable but may need exchange or revision over the years.
Yes. Dr. Sayed performs MTF breast augmentation, adding natural, proportionate volume as part of feminizing care.
